Soft Cell have announced the release of the Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret…And Other Stories: Live album and DVD, out 7 October on LiveHereNow. Pre-order it here.

The show was filmed in November 2021 at one of Soft Cell’s two sellout concerts at London’s Hammersmith Apollo to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret. As well as the seminal 1981 debut album performed in full for the very first time, the collection also includes the band’s chart hits alongside tracks from across Soft Cell’s career that have never been performed before live, plus songs from the duo’s current album, *Happiness Not Included.

Joining Marc Almond and Dave Ball on stage are saxophonist Gary Barnacle and four backing singers. The two and a half hour show is performed in two acts. With dramatic lighting and a cutting edge video wall depicting the faded glamour of Soho streets, the tour attracted rave reviews.
