Bananarama release new single Supernova from Glorious: The Ultimate Collection

Bananarama have released a new track, Supernova, from their upcoming anthology, Glorious – The Ultimate Collection.

The track is the second original cut to be lifted from the collection following Feel The Love, released last October.

Keren Woodward says, “Supernova makes me want to throw my hands up and dance! Both of these new tracks share the euphoric feeling that we’ve been doing this for 40 years and we’re lucky to do what we do.”

Set to be released on 8 March, Glorious – The Ultimate Collection sees Keren and Sara Dallin personally curate their career highlights.

Glorious Career

From their introduction with Really Saying Something alongside Fun Boy Three, through to their 80s hits like Cruel Summer, Venus, Love In The First Degree and Robert De Niro’s Waiting, Bananarama’s ongoing popularity was cemented following the release of the albums In Stereo (in 2019) and Masquerade (2022).

They will host the ultimate Bananarama party at London’s Palladium with three nights this spring. The first two shows, on 3 April and 4 April, have sold out, however limited tickets remain for the final date on 6 April. For tickets and further information click here.

Bananarama will be signing copies of Glorious – The Ultimate Collection at HMV stores on:

8 March Brighton (midday start)
8 March London Oxford Street (6pm)
9 March Birmingham (midday)
9 March Manchester (5pm)

They will also headline the second stage at Mighty Hoopla on 1 June where they appear alongside B*witched, Cher Lloyd, Claire Richards, Michelle Gayle and many more.
