Stars join Dua Lipa for new Camden docuseries

Camden, a new four-part docuseries focussed on the music of the famous London town, is coming to Disney+.
The series reveals how the lives of some of the world’s most iconic artists were influenced by Camden Town. Through archive footage, observational filming and interviews, viewers will experience its rich history.
Executive producer and series contributor, Dua Lipa, has revealed the trailer for the series on social media. Watch below:
A Special Place
Lipa says: “Executive producing the new original documentary series that celebrates the very place I started all of this is such a major full circle moment for me! Camden will always have a special place in my heart and I’m humbled to share that with some absolute icons.”
The series features world renowned musicians as they relive their Camden experiences.
Joining the New Rules singer is: Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Little Simz, Yungblud, Questlove, Pete Doherty and Carl Barat of The Libertines, Mark Ronson, Nile Rodgers, Boy George, Suggs from Madness, Black Eyed Peas, Soul II Soul’s Jazzie B, Chuck D, Eliza Rose, Lauren Laverne and Sister Bliss from Faithless.
The series, directed by Asif Kapadia, is produced by Lightbox in association with Day One Pictures alongside Dua Lipa’s production company, Radical22.
Disney+ hosts a range of music films: Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version), The Beatles: Get Back and Let It Be as well at a new The Beach Boys documentary.
Camden, which will premiere on 29 May, exclusively on Disney+ around the world and on Hulu in the US.
