Classic Pop is thrilled to offer its readers a chance to win 2x Tears For Fears film premiere tickets + prize bundle.
Tears For Fears Live (A Tipping Point Film) comes to more than 1,100 cinemas worldwide on 24 October and 26 October. However, Classic Pop is offering readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to the invite-only premiere in London on Tuesday 15th October.
Shot and recorded at the scenic FirstBank Amphitheater at Graystone Quarry in Franklin, Tennessee, during their sold-out Tipping Point Tour Part 2, Tears For Fears Live (A Tipping Point Film) features many of the band’s iconic hits including Everybody Wants To Rule The World, Shout, Sowing The Seeds Of Love, Mad World, Head Over Heels and more.
On creating the film, Curt Smith said, “We decided to film the live show last year. I think a lot of people don’t know that we are a good live band, actually! They see a duo, and they think it’s going to be two people with a couple of keyboards and a bunch of backing tapes, and that’ll be it. Over the years, we’ve vastly improved since our heyday back in the Eighties.”

A ‘Money-Can’t-Buy’ Prize
In addition to winning tickets for this exclusive screening, lucky readers will also get a CD and LP of Tears For Fears’ brand new album – Songs For A Nervous Planet. The band’s first official live record, released on 25 October, highlights their transcendent live performances.
Roland Orzabal said, “We’ve never released an official live album, so you could say this is an album 40 years in the making.”
