Celebrity Big Brother 2025 contestant Chesney Hawkes releases his new album, Living Arrows, today.

Living Arrows is expected to be his biggest album hit since 1991’s Buddy’s Song. The release coincides with his appearance on Celebrity Big Brother, which starts on Monday 7 April.

One of the most affecting and significant songs on the record, is the new single 13. The track, co-written with Nik Kershaw, sees the singer address a childhood trauma for the first time.

Digging Deep

Talking about 13, Chesney said: “I’d never really opened up about some of these things that had happened to me, but when we started getting into the album I realised I wanted to be completely open, so I started digging deep. Writing 13 was a kind of therapy for me.

“I think you get to a point in your life when you start looking back, and you realise there are still things you never dealt with properly, or buried a long time ago. It was a crazy time in the Hawkes household, and I think my brother and sister and I went under my parents’ radar a little bit.”

On Monday 7 April, he enters the Celebrity Big Brother house where he will be mingling with the likes of  actor Mickey Rourke, Olympian Daley Thompson and singer JoJo Siwa.

Physical copies of Living Arrows are available to buy here. It is available on orange vinyl, CD and cassette formats, all of which are signed. All album bundles add an exclusive acoustic EP.
