Gary Walker is a freelance music journalist and previously editor of our sadly deceased sister magazine Long Live Vinyl. In a former life, he was a regional newspaper sports writer and for a couple of years the sub-editor on Glastonbury Festival's on-site newspaper. He's worked on all manner of magazines, papers and websites, interviewing everyone from the Pixies to Mo Mowlam. These days, he spends his time keeping his cat Tonto out of Zoom interviews and writing for titles including Guitar.com, Vintage Rock and the Musicians' Union magazine.
